Workshop Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment

To reserve your place, full payment is required at the time of booking. As workshop spaces are limited, your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellations

If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible.

• More than 7 days before your workshop: You may cancel for a full refund or transfer your booking to another available workshop date.

• Within 7 days of the workshop: Workshop bookings are non-refundable. As workshop places are limited and materials are prepared in advance, we appreciate your understanding of this policy.

• If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your booking to a friend. Please let us know their name in advance.

If We Need to Cancel

If a workshop needs to be cancelled or rescheduled by Atelier Elli, you will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another workshop date.

Your Ceramic Pieces

After the workshop, your pieces will be carefully dried, glazed, and fired. This process takes approximately 2–3 weeks.

We'll let you know as soon as your pieces are ready for collection.

While every care is taken throughout the making and firing process, ceramics are delicate by nature. On rare occasions, small imperfections, cracks, or breakage may occur during drying or firing. As this is an inherent part of working with clay, refunds or replacements cannot be offered in these instances.
