We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

As each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, glaze, shape, and texture are natural and make every item unique. These variations are not considered defects.

Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
